Do You Ship Globally?

Yes we do, with a few exceptions. Enter your address when requesting a quote for shipping rates to your country.

When will I receive my order?

You should receive your oder typically with 2-3 business days for most places and 5-7 for longer distances. Being shipped from St.Lucia it can take longer at times.

Will I be charged Duties / Taxes?

That would all depend on the region/state you are shipping too and the duties that are placed on seamoss in that respective country.

What are the shipping costs for raw sea moss?

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the size of your order. You can request a quote to get the exact fee for your location.

Why Does My Sea Moss Have Salt?

Sea moss soaks up the salt water it grows in as a result, when it dries, this shows up on the surface naturally. We do not add salt to our sea moss.

How Long Does Raw Sea Moss Last??

Our raw sea moss can last 12 + months if kept in a cool moisture free environment.

How Do I Make Sea Moss Gel Properly?

1.) Rinse the desired amount of sea moss thoroughly with purified water about 2 – 3 times. Store in a container with enough water to submerge the sea moss fully and soak for at least 8 -12 hours(overnight is fine). Adding a squeezed lime while soaking helps neutralise Sea moss taste.

2.) Remove Sea moss from water then place in blender with just enough water to cover the sea moss and blend until desired consistency.

3) Congrats you’re done making your sea moss gel. Now you can store refrigerated in a container of choice for up to 3 weeks.

Is Your Sea Moss Exposed To Heavy Metals?

Sea moss feeds off the nutrients in the water and therefore there is reasonable concern about the safety of sea moss. There is almost nowhere in the globe where the sea is not polluted from humans but our sea moss is grown in the very rich and clean waters of St.Lucia with low population and industrial presence.

Our Minimum order quantity for our Gold, Purple, Green and Mixed seamoss is 110lbs/50kgs and Purple.

What If My Sea Moss Has Any Issues?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the sea moss has any issues so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it right away.
